My oversized prints are a mess. They are torn, some are missing, I don't have others. I don't know know where to start. What should I do?

AccuScan will organize your prints, sorting out the duplicates and indexing them for easy retrieval. We will repair the damaged prints so they can be scanned. While we can’t replace the missing prints, you will at least know what you have.

What type of software do I need to buy to view my scanned records? I heard it's expensive and difficult to use.

If you have a PC or Mac the software you need is already on your computer. It is simple to use and lets you view, zoom in and print. You can also edit the blueprints if needed.

My blueprints are kept in my office. Why should I have them scanned?

Having your building prints on CD-ROM lets you share them as needed. Instead of lending them out or paying to get them copied you can simply email the print to whoever needs it (architects, engineers, repair men, prospective vendors). No longer lose prints to the promise of “I’ll bring this right back.”

After my prints are scanned, can I use them in AutoCAD®?

Yes you can. They can be imported into Cad and edited as a raster-vector hybrid or we can convert them into a full AutoCAD drawing.

I’m confused. What needs to be kept, and what can I throw away? What format is best, and what does the law permit me to do? Can you help?
